Continental Hotels took over the 2-star Hotel Boulevard in Sibiu and announced the reopening as a 4-star hotel called Hotel Continental Forum Sibiu, in 2007. The building is located nearby the historical centre of the city. The façade is restored, respecting the initial architectonic style (neoclassic) and the rooms were upgraded from 2 to 4 stars. The new hotel has 135 rooms and 7 suites (on 3 floors), plus one presidential suite (above these floors), offering a splendid panorama.
As a Romanian premiere, the rooms have bathrooms with glass walls. They will be equipped with modern furniture, TV set, mini bar and air conditioning, broadband internet access and wireless internet access, according to the Continental 4-star standards (as in Arad and Oradea).
